Do I provide the raw file?

Raw files aren’t included by default, but I’m happy to share them if needed — we can arrange it with a small additional fee 🙂
Do I offer refunds?

Once the project has started, deposits are non-refundable as time and resources have already been committed. Appreciate your understanding on this!
Do I provide an editable file?

Editable files aren’t included in the standard package, but can be arranged if needed.
For certain projects like logo design and packaging/print-related work, AI outline files can be provided. For other items like posters, editable files are not included.
How long does each revision take?

Revisions usually take about 2–4 working days, depending on the changes. I’ll always keep you updated along the way!
Why do you collect a 50% deposit upfront?

The deposit helps secure your slot and allows me to begin planning and working on your project right away.
Will my work be shared with competitors?
