Here's a quick summary of my work process. I will guide you through, so no worries!
Enquiries - Drop down your requirements and the services you are interested in.
Alignment Call - A quick virtual meet-up to get to know you and your brand better, and to explain the expectations and outcomes.
Confirmation & Quotation - An official quotation will be sent over. Please make sure you read and sign it.
Moodboard & Draft - Receive a brief moodboard to understand the art direction. If you already have a moodboard, we can skip this part.
Revisions & Finals - Depending on your package, you'll have a few rounds of revisions. Once confirmed, the final work will be sent to your email.
Follow-up - This is just to gather further feedback on the entire work process.

For design, I will provide complete working files upon request. However, if it is an illustrated image, I will only provide the flattened image.
For photos, we don’t practice providing RAW files. This is mainly because sharing unedited RAW files can sometimes lead to misrepresentation of the photographer's work if the images are edited by others. We prefer to edit these files to ensure the final images meet our artistic standards and vision.
