JIKO

ABOUT THE PROJECT /

Jiko makes homemade crackers. Good product, real customers, and a page that showed none of that.

The feed was product shot, ingredient shot, product shot. All accurate — and completely flat. Nothing told you who Jiko was, why the crackers were made this way, or what made them worth picking up over the packet sitting next to them on the shelf. No colours, no type, no format that repeated. Just snacks on a table, over and over, until people stopped looking.

That's the thing with a homegrown brand — the story is usually already there. It just hasn't been given a shape yet.

What we did

  • Built the visual foundation — colour, type, and layout rules for a consistent feed

  • Shifted content from product display to interactive formats the audience responds to

  • Took over monthly content planning and one shoot day per month

  • Directed Reel filming on set

Results

  • Organic month-on-month account growth, no ads

  • Notable lift in sales

  • Page now reads as a brand, not a product catalogue

Timeless is cheaper than trendy.
