Monthly Retainer
¹ Discovery Call
Begin with a discovery call to understand your goals, project requirements, and desired outcomes. This helps us provide an accurate quotation and timeline.
² Contract & 50% Deposit
Work officially begins once a 50% deposit is made and contract signed.
³ Content Planning
A content calendar of the following month will be prepared for your review and approval.
For example: work kickstarts on 1st Jan, the content will based on February.
⁴ Production
After the calendar is approved, we proceed with visual creation/filming.
A second approval round will take place once all visual/reels are completed.
⁵ Remaining Balance
For 1st month, remaining balance will be due by end of the 1st posting month.
If posting starts on 1st February, the balance is due by 26th of February
⁶ Monthly Payments (Ongoing)
From the second month onward, full monthly payment is due by the 26th of each month.
⁷ Planning Cycle &
Cancellation Notice
Planning for each new month will begin two weeks before the start of that month.
Any cancellations require 2 weeks’ advance notice.
⁶ Monthly Report
A performance report for each month will be prepared during the first week of the following month.
