¹ Discovery Call
Begin with a discovery call to understand your goals, project requirements, and desired outcomes. This helps us provide an accurate quotation and timeline.
² Project Kickoff & 50% Deposit
The project officially starts once the 50% deposit is received.
³ Creative & Concept
Initial concept, layout, or design direction, mood board to guide your brand through process.
⁴ First Draft & 1st round of Revision
Receive the first draft based on the agreed concept. You may provide feedback for the 1st revision.
We will refine the work accordingly.
⁵ 2nd Revision & Final Delivery (FA)
A second round of revision is included to finalize details and polish the final outcome.
Once all revisions are completed and the final design is approved, the final files will be prepared.
⁶ Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due within 2 weeks after the project is completed.
Final files will be released after full payment is received.
Example: If the project completes on 10th May, full payment is due by 24th May.
